Before MAGNIFICENT MAGNO ARTISAN CHOCOLATES® accepts any purchase offer made by a customer and/or user, the customer and/or user must choose how they will pay the corresponding price, in accordance with the payment methods previously and specifically established on our website. We must point out that although MAGNIFICENT MAGNO ARTISAN CHOCOLATES® has made a secure connection system available to our customers and/or users for placing all purchase offers, under no circumstances will MAGNIFICENT MAGNO ARTISAN CHOCOLATES® be liable for failures in the communications of banking or credit institutions, nor will it be liable for damages that may be caused to customers and/or users as a result of an action or omission by such institutions. Once the payment has been verified by MAGNIFICENT MAGNO ARTISAN CHOCOLATES®, it may proceed to accept the purchase offer made by the customer and/or user. However, MAGNIFICENT MAGNO ARTISAN CHOCOLATES® reserves the right to decline a purchase offer or to accept it only partially. In such cases, MAGNIFICENT MAGNO ARTISAN CHOCOLATES® will only be obligated to refund the customer and/or user the amount paid for the purchase offer that was not accepted, or the percentage corresponding to the portion of a partially accepted purchase offer that was not approved, without any interest or yield of any kind.
