Magno Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

MAGNIFICENT MAGNO ARTISAN CHOCOLATES® will accept returns or exchanges of products that arrived incomplete or where a different product was sent by mistake.

MAGNIFICENT MAGNO ARTISAN CHOCOLATES® is not responsible for products that arrive in poor condition due to causes attributable to transport companies contracted directly by the buyer. However, we work constantly to ensure that all products are delivered in optimal condition.

Please note that photographic records of the products are kept at the time of shipment, in order to verify that products leave MAGNIFICENT MAGNO ARTISAN CHOCOLATES® in perfect condition.

Keep in mind that our products are perishable and intended for relatively immediate consumption. They must be consumed before their expiration date and ideally within the first 15 days after receipt to guarantee their freshness and quality. MAGNIFICENT MAGNO ARTISAN CHOCOLATES® is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, exposure to heat, humidity, inadequate handling, or environmental conditions after delivery.

REFUNDS:

We issue refunds for orders when the customer requests modifications or cancellations within the first 12 hours after placing the order, provided the order has not yet entered production. The refund process may take up to 10 business days depending on the financial institution.

In cases of products that arrived in poor condition or with issues attributable to MAGNIFICENT MAGNO ARTISAN CHOCOLATES®, the return of the product may initially be requested for validation and quality analysis before proceeding with the corresponding refund, exchange, or replacement.

For quality validation and traceability purposes, MAGNIFICENT MAGNO ARTISAN CHOCOLATES® may request that the product subject to the claim be returned to our main office located at:

We do not issue refunds for orders delivered in good condition, nor for personalized products or orders that have already entered production and preparation.
