Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Find the perfect gift and have it delivered the same day. Our website's scheduling calendar opens same-day delivery slots Monday through Saturday in Medellín, Bogotá, Cali, Cartagena and Barranquilla for orders placed in the morning (before 12 noon), which we deliver over the course of the afternoon.

(In Barranquilla we take orders until 4 pm, Monday to Friday, with same-day delivery.)

Nationwide shipping within Colombia takes 1–2 business days to major cities and 2–5 business days to smaller cities, as long as there are no road or carrier delays. Keep in mind that for nationwide shipping, the date you pick on the calendar is the ship date, not the delivery date.

We keep inventory in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla and Cartagena, where we have our own distribution points.

Do you have physical stores?

Yes. Visit our factory store in Envigado, at TV 31 sur #32D 60, where you can taste our flavors and shop our full collection.

And starting December 23, our Cartagena store in the historic center will be open.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — delivery is available anywhere in Colombia, and within Colombia only. We run our own delivery operation in: Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla and Cartagena.

We also ship nationwide to: the outskirts of Bogotá, Rionegro and greater Medellín, Armenia, Pereira, Manizales, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Tunja, Ibagué and Bucaramanga.

Can you deliver at an exact time?

We can't commit to exact delivery times. In Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla and Cartagena, where we run our own delivery operation, everything depends on the day's order volume and the addresses on the route... we deliver in route order. That said, we always try to deliver as early as possible.

For nationwide shipping within Colombia, we depend on the carriers. Our advice: track your shipment with the tracking number, which you can request through our customer care line.

What is the 24K gold leaf?

It's an ultra-thin sheet of 24K gold, edible grade, that we use to decorate our chocolate gems. Gold is an inert metal and perfectly safe to eat. We use it to reinforce the concept behind our chocolate gems — where every detail of our craft matters.

Can I add a personalized message to a gift?

Every gift presentation comes with the option of a gift card carrying your personal message. During checkout, you'll find a space to write the message you'd like. If you'd rather skip the message, just type N/A.

How long do the chocolates last, and how should I store them?

Ideally, enjoy your chocolates within the first week so they're at their freshest — we use no preservatives. That said, you can refrigerate them to keep them longer: roughly 3 to 6 months, depending on the filling... Each product carries its expiration date. If you refrigerate them, keep them away from strong odors like onion, garlic or vinegar — chocolate absorbs those aromas, and that would change the flavor by the time you enjoy them.

Do you have sugar-free chocolates?

Yes, we make chocolates with no added sugar, sweetened with maltitol and with fillings sweetened by coconut's natural sugar. They're more mindful chocolates — vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free. Here you can find everything about our chocolates made without refined sugar.
